 Formed in January of 2001, Chronos is a six piece acoustic rock artist featuring drums, bass, keys, guitar, sax, and violin. The release of their self titled debut CD came in June 2002, almost a year and a half after the bands inception, and it was not until the release that the band played its first live concert. The music is a mix of rock, blues and jazz, with a driving
rhythm section and dueling violin and sax on top. Chronos has drawn comparisons to Blues Traveler, Dave Matthews, as well as other instrumental artists. The lyrics discuss the everyday
struggles of life as a Christian, and how it is not always easy living for God. |
